Travel preparations in Adelaide
This is a staging of the Rosses’ preparations for a trip inland from Adelaide towards Lake Eyre. According to Colin Ross, he and his family left for the trip on Good Friday, March 29, 1929. This sets the preparations described here in March 1929. A newspaper item dates their return to Adelaide on April 11, 1929.
